• A standard shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all orders.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon a successful order.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays.

Because each of our pieces is hand-curated and crafted with the utmost care, we have a strict return policy to maintain the quality and authenticity of our collection.

• Returns are accepted ONLY in the case of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
• Mandatory Requirement: An uncut opening video of the package is required as proof of damage. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time and highlight the defect/damage.
• Without a valid opening video, no return or exchange requests will be entertained.
• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof if you wish to initiate a return.
